THE POLYNESIAN BEACH WEDDING CEREMONY (20 Minutes)  

Ceremony takes place on the beach

Take your wedding vows today on the hotel`s lovely beach, decorated Polynesian style. Dressed in traditional Polynesian wedding pareos, flower leis and crowns, you will be seranaded by musicians and dancers with tranditional love songs. A Tahitian priest unites you, wrapping you in a traditional tifaifai wedding quilt. After the ceremony, return to your bungalow where flowers, champagne and wedding cake await you.

THE POLYNESIAN BLUE LAGOON CHAPEL CEREMONY 

Your ceremony takes place in the Chapel this afternoon. Amidst Polynesian decorations, you will be dressed with traditional costumes (pareos), flower leis and crowns. The ceremony is overseen by a priest with entertainment provided by dancers and musicians. A `tapa` wedding certificate will be presented at the conclusion of the ceremony. Awaiting you in your villa after the ceremony is champagne and wedding cake. Please reconfirm your wedding ceremony upon arrival

TRADITIONAL WEDDING CEREMONY 

Includes:  2 pareos, head crowns, decorative items such as coconut palm & exotic flowers, 30-minute massage for the bride, half-bottle of champagne, Tahitian priest, musicians, dancers and the tapa Tahitian marriage certificate.  Ceremony begins at 4.30pm

Celebrate your union with a traditional ceremony set amidst coconut trees, flowers and palm fronds.  A Tahitian priest conducts the ceremony, baptizing you with Tahitian names.  Exchange flower leis and head crowns to symbolize the harmony between you and receive a tapa certificate. 

CEREMONY ON A PRIVATE MOTU (ISLAND)

Includes: 2 pareos, head crowns, coconut palm & exotic flowers, Tahitian priest, Maohi Nui troupe, tapa Tahitian Marriage certificate, and a bottle of champagne.

Board an outrigger canoe at the hotel`s dock and enjoy a half hour cruise to a private motu.  Dressed with pareos, flower leis and crowns for a traditional Polynesian wedding ceremony, you will be baptized with traditional Tahitian names by a  priest.  Exchange leis and crowns and receive a tapa, the sacred certificate.  Songs and dances celebrate your union and a photo session is held before cruising back to the hotel with the sunset and a bottle of champagne.
