My experience using Lynn Ewerdt for a travel agent

Before I describe my experience flying to LAX from Milwaukee on
10-25 2013 and returning 11-2-2013(the day after the TSA shooting at LAX) ,

I need to explain what my expectations of a travel agent are. 
 First, explain my options for flight or travel.
Second, sell me a ticket.  
Third, wish me a safe trip. Basically a ticketbroker.  Boy was I wrong.

     Lynn did all of those things so my wife and I were satisfied at that
point.  She then checked to see if our departure was on schedule from
Milwaukee the day before and sent me a text, nice.  We were set to come home
on Saturday 11-2-2013. On Friday morning, the day before our return, an off
duty TSA officer went into terminal three and opened fire on people in the
security line.  We were never in any danger, weren't even at the airport
during the shooting, but the airport was made into a crime scene at this
time and shut down.
     This tragedy occurred about 24 hours before our flight was to leave, we
were not sure if or how we would be affected.
     While the news was breaking Lynn contacted us and told us that she was
monitoring the situation and would keep us informed of our options.  She did
this and gave us options including using other Los Angeles area airports.
At about 9:00 p.m. we were just about to change to a different airport when
Lynn told us LAX had just partially opened and that our airline was getting
flights out.
     To make a long story short, we neither asked for or expected any
further effort from our travel agent, especially this high level of effort.
We changed none of our plans after all. But it was nice to know we were not
on our own, someone was thinking about us and looking out for us weather we
knew it or not.  We are impressed.  Our thanks to Lynn.

Westin Golf Resort & Spa Playa Conchal in Costa Rica

Hi everyone!  Just wanted to let everyone know we made it here, it's 91 degrees and beautiful!  Our amazing travel agent, Lynn Ewerdt has gotten us upgraded to a suite.  The resort and accommodations far exceed our expectations (to the left of Jolene on the balcony is a private hot tub).   We will be leaving our telephones turned off due to the extremely high rates sprint charges.  But we do have unlimited internet access and can email.
