To get married in St Lucia you will need the proper documentation:
An unexpired passport and birth certificate; a decree if one or both are divorced; a death certificate if one is a widow or widower; a deed if your name has been changed.
St Lucia has a No Residency Policy and if you are arriving on the island for a day you can still get married the same day. However if your resort has different rules (which they usually do, as theyneed to take the time to set up the wedding and legal paperwork). Application to be married in St Lucia is through a local solicitor or notary who prepares and signs the license.
