- Upon arrival, you'll receive a VIP meet and greet by a Club Mobay Representative and receive fast track service through Immigration (avoiding long lines and luggage retrieval, but making a quick stop in the Arrival Lounge for your complementary cool towel and beverage).
- Upon departure, you'll receive fast track access through Security and Immigration. Then going to the VIP Departure Lounge.
The VIP Departure Lounge includes: Complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages; fresh fruits; pastries; tapas and patties; unlimited Wi-Fi; international cable TV; complementary phone calls to the US, Canada, UK landlines kids area;electronic games, magazines; daily local newspapers.
*****The main thing is they greet you once you get off the plane with a sign with your name on it and take you right up to customs/immigration so that is my big plus. You never know how long the lines will be when you arrive so that is a nice service.
They also have a nice lounge that serves drinks and food you can use on the way there and...on the return is when I really used that service the most since they make you get to the airport 3 hours prior and you have lots of time to kill. They take you right to the front for immigration and TSA on the return too so nice service for some people. The people who have not been there might like it since it is always crazy at the airport here and also my repeat JAMAICA guests always request it. They love it.
